Hi, I've just signed up to this and Fusion doesn't seem to like either the .MOV or the .mp4, Any ideas?

Welcome to ProductionCrate!

I've gone ahead and tested this out on Fusion 9, and can confirm the software doesn't support our codecs, which is very unusual!

Luckily, there's an easy way around it, you just have to convert the .mov files into a PNG Sequence. The fastest way you can do this is probably through Adobe After Effects (Render -> Output Module -> Format -> PNG Sequence).

In the meantime, we'll be doing our best to add more file formats to our download options that Fusion can support  😀

You can now also just select "ProRes 4444 XQ" as your preferred download format on your member page.
