FootageCrate is an extremely popular VFX resource. It was founded back in 2009. As the company evolved, additional libraries were added under the same umbrella. Visitors could now access high quality music and sound effects from SoundsCrate, 3D Models from RenderCrate, and graphics and images from GraphicsCrate.

To bring every filmmaking tool under one name, ProductionCrate was made. ProductionCrate aims to be the one place any creator or filmmaker will need to go to build their project. While FootageCrate was the first, the business has expanded so much that it is now one library of content among others!
